The following CashMachine (now referred to as “us”) Terms and Conditions must be accepted by the member (now referred to as “you”) before you can make use of this site.
CashMachine Scheme operates a one user one-account policy.
You must be a resident of the UK, living in the UK to qualify for an account and receive cashback.
You must be over 18 years of age.
Accounts are provided for personal use only, accounts used for business are not allowed unless prior authorisation has been requested and approved.
If you are going to make bulk purchases on behalf of other people or groups of people, you must first seek prior approval from us.
You agree that your accounts will not be used for any illegal activity whatsoever.
You agree that you are responsible for all activity on your account.
CashMachine reserves the right to refuse membership.
CashMachine reserves the right to terminate your account without notice at any time.
Where an account is closed due to misuse illegal/fraudulent activity all accrued cashback in such an account will revert to CashMachine.

1. EARNING CASHBACK
You may earn cashback by shopping (online) with any one or more of the CashMachine Retail Partners.
Cashback can only be earned when you click through to a CashMachine Retail Partner’s website from a link on the CashMachine site and you are logged on at that time.
Some retail Partners may not pay commission for repeat purchases on their site, you will therefore not earn cashback. We have no control over this. You should always check the individual retailers own Terms and Conditions.
CashMachine reserves the right to remove or amend any offer at any time without notice.
All discounts or other promotions offered directly by any Cashback Retail Partner (excluding CashMachine cashback) are the responsibility of the respective Merchant. You should confirm the validity of any such offer or discount directly with the Merchant concerned before completing a purchase.
Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion unless otherwise stated. This includes, but is not limited to: vouchers, discount codes, refer-a-friend promotions, or other discount offers provided by other organisations. Your purchases maybe ineligible for cashback should you use any of the foregoing.
CashMachine retail partners will frequently change and you should note this may affect the cashback opportunities available to you.
CashMachine accept no responsibility for the quality of products, prices or services of their Retail Partners. CashMachine have no control over these or the offering parties, nor do we endorse the products or services nor give any assurance of their suitability. It is your own responsibility to satisfy yourself in this regard and by agreeing to these terms and conditions exonerate CashMachine from any liability in connection with the same.
2. CASHBACK
The CashMachine website utilises affiliate links.
To be eligible for cashback you must click through directly from the merchant link provided on CashMachine and make your purchase at that time.
CashMachine do not hold direct relationships with any of the merchants listed on the site and have no control over whether a transaction made by you, following a click through from CashMachine, is deemed genuine and successful by the merchant.
All transactions are electronically tracked by third party software providers and reported back to CashMachine by the relevant tracking company.
CashMachine endeavour to ensure all transactions are recorded accurately, CashMachine will not, however, accept responsibility for any errors or omissions that may occur in the tracking and validation process which are beyond our control.
3. CASHBACK RATES
Merchants are listed on the CashMachine site showing either a percentage or fixed amount of cashback, for each genuine, completed transaction. While CashMachine make every effort to ensure this information is accurate they do not guarantee that you will receive any monetary amount as a result of your transaction.
4. PAYMENTS
CashMachine will credit your cashback account with 100% of the cashback received from affiliates when an eligible transaction has been confirmed and the cashback sum received from the affiliate.
CashMachine aims to fulfil cashback withdrawal requests on the first day of the month following a request for payment. Requests should be made no later than 14 working days before the end of the month, however no guarantee is made, and no liability accepted should the process take longer.
Payment is made by BACS to UK banks, or cheque sent to the address in your membership details. It is important, therefore, that you keep your membership details up to date. Cheque payments will carry a 72p surcharge to cover banking fees which will be deducted from your due balance.
If you return or cancel a purchase or service then you are not eligible for cashback unless the offer explicitly states otherwise, for example cashback on free trials.
In the event that a cashback payment is displayed on your account as 'cleared' when it should have been 'reversed' you agree to inform CashMachine as soon as you become aware of this fact. You should not withdraw these funds, even if the system permits you to do so. Claiming cashback that you know should not be credited to your account constitutes fraud.
CashMachine reserves the right to reclaim all payments already made on any account which is closed due to misuse illegal/fraudulent activity. In such instance, you will be required to repay the appropriate amount of any payment.
Should you refuse to make the repayment CashMachine will act (including taking legal action) to recover any losses sustained by Cashback Rewards
No payment will be due and no payment will be made until 100% of the amount of cashback accrued is at least £20.
5. FEES
During your first year of membership (ie the 12 month period following your date of joining) we will take an admin fee of £1.00 from your first payment.
Subsequent years there will be an administration fee of £3.50 per year. This fee will be deducted from your account either:
When you are eligible to and request your first cashback payment
or
From the balance on your account at the end of your second and subsequent membership year.
6. DORMANT ACCOUNTS
In order to minimize our administration overhead, CashMachine reserve the right to terminate dormant accounts.
Any account which has not be activated for a period of 12 months will be deemed to be dormant and will be cancelled. Any balance will revert to CashMachine.
7. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
CashMachine makes no guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error free. In the event of a technical error we will try to correct this quickly and accurately. However we make no guarantee that we will be successful in doing this.
We may suspend or withdraw the whole or any part of the website at any time without notice and without incurring any liability. This will not affect your rights to any cashback earned by you.

8. MEMBERSHIP COMMUNICATIONS
Newsletters and announcements and other promotional Emails are sent for your information and will include links to new and popular cashback opportunities.
When signing up to CashMachine you agree to receive these emails for as long as you are a member, should you cancel your membership you will be removed from the mailing list.
9. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
We take care to ensure that all information available on our website is accurate and up-to-date. However, this website, our services and our affiliate partner programme evolve continuously and we do not guarantee that offers, images, specifications, partners and financial information are always current.
We do not undertake liability whatsoever for any inaccurate information and reserve the right to correct it at any time.
10. VARIATIONS
We reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time. The new version will be posted on this website and will take effect immediately upon posting. You should check regularly – but should note any change to your CashMachine rewards will be notified to you by direct email.
If you use the website after the new Terms & Conditions have come into effect any further use of the website indicates your agreement to be bound by the new Terms & Conditions.
11. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Should there be any conflict of understanding then these CashMachine Terms and conditions will prevail.
